Just being (walking slowly, sitting, resting) in nature while breathing deeply and engaging your senses is effective in calming and restoring the body.
Welcome to this mini self guided nature walk guide. The intention is to give a brief outline to help you mindfully engage your senses while basking in the healing benefits of the great outdoors.
Safety Info: There are no trails. Please do not wander out of the mowed grass areas, into fields or tree lines. And keep a watchful eye on your kiddos. There are revenes, slopes, and uneven ground beyond the mowed grass areas so thank you for avoiding for your own safety.
We invite you to wander through our open (mowed) grass areas, around The Vendor Shed..
