The base rental fee includes the following:
Weekend Rental: 2 Days
Friday - Setup (4 pm to 9 pm)
Saturday - Ceremony/Reception (8 am to 10pm)

The Farmhouse ( Sat-day of included, overnight additional )
Dedicated On-site Parking
Allows Parking of Campers/Tents ( Boondocking Style - no hook ups )

Base Fees:
Base Rental Fee - $3,500
Non-Refundable Deposit - $1,000: Deposit is for holding date and will be taken off base rental price
Security Deposit - $300: “Leave no trace” and it’s returned!
Add-ons:
If serving alcohol - Commercial Liquor Liability Insurance with common-law/out-of-state coverage: $200
Overtime Charge - $100 per extra hourFarmhouse overnight - $400 per night
Centennial Assistance - $20 per hour
Set-up and clean-up - $1,500 estimate

From inside or outside of The Shed or its patio to the grasslands or the woodlands - pick your dream ceremony and reception locations. We have location options for tents as well, if that suits your fancy!
